PIC Real Estate Asset Managers is a division of the Public Investment Corporation (PIC), the asset manager for South Africa’s public sector and the largest real estate company in South Africa (listed and unlisted).

We manage property assets consisting mainly of high-quality, A-grade commercial office, retail and industrial properties in excellent locations throughout South Africa.

Currently, our clients are the Government Employees Pension Fund (GEPF), which is the largest pension fund in Africa, and the Community Property Fund, which has developed and managed 30 retail shopping centres in rural and peri-urban townships.

Our diverse tenant base includes national retailers, major corporates and industrial groups, many of whom are single tenants on long-term leases. These include many high profile national and international businesses.

PIC Real Estate Asset Managers is a member of the Green Building Council of South Africa (GBCSA) and the South African Property Owners Association (SAPOA).

We have a staff complement exceeding 200 full-time property investment and management specialists.
